Terms of sale

These terms apply to the online sale of the e-book "Le Guide du DJ de Mariage" (The Wedding DJ Guide) on bastienmariedj.fr. DJ services for weddings are covered by a separate quote and contract. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

1. Seller

2. Product

A PDF e-book of more than 50 pages, written in French, delivered electronically. No physical product is shipped.

3. Price and payment

The price is €40 including tax (VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French Tax Code). Payment is made by bank card through the secure Stripe solution. The order is binding once payment is validated.

4. Delivery

After payment, an e-mail containing a personal download link, valid for 7 days, is sent to the address provided. If you don't receive it, contact me and I will send you the link again.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L.221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once its performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that they lose their right of withdrawal. By ticking the box before payment, you request immediate access to the content and waive this right as soon as the download begins.

6. Licence

The purchase grants a strictly personal, non-transferable right of use. Any reproduction, resale, sharing or distribution, even partial, is prohibited.

7. No guarantee of results

The e-book shares a method and an experience. Figures given are illustrative: no income or result is guaranteed.
